Snake Harley Women's Garage Party!
Saturday, April 11th, 2009 was the Women's Garage Party at Snake Harley Davidson. Chelsea hesitantly went to the party, but came out wanting to ride her own bike!! The place was packed with women who had an interest in riding, and guest speakers (women) who live to ride! Did you know there's actually a 2 1/2 day course (The STAR course) for those who want to learn to ride?? The women were then split up into smaller groups to go to differnent stations around the store: the showroom to learn about the different types of Harleys, the Parts & Accessories department to learn about, well, parts and accessories and more about the Harley lifestyle and Harley History, the clothing department to find out what to wear for comfort and safety, and finally, each woman got to LIFT A HARLEY the proper way! There was food, conversation, prizes, gifts and games!! Get over the intimidation....Let's Ride!!
